Partner Visa / Family Sponsorship Visa

The Australian Family Sponsorship Visa, also known as the Family Reunion Visa, is a program that allows Australian citizens, permanent residents, or New Zealand citizens to sponsor their family members to move to Australia. Eligible family members include parents, children, spouses (either married or about to marry) of the sponsor. Other relatives may also be eligible for sponsorship to Australia but must meet certain conditions set by the Australian Department of Immigration.
