Visa 186 – Direct Entry stream Nomination Ssa
Introduction	This visa allows skilled workers to be nominated by an Australian employer to live and work permanently in Australia.

With this visa, you can	Live, work, and study in Australia permanently. Sponsor eligible family members to come to Australia. Apply for Australian citizenship if eligible.
This visa requires you to:	Have a positive skills assessment in your nominated occupation. Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Work in an occupation listed on the Skilled Occupation List.

Visa 186 – Labour Agreement Stream
Introduction	This visa allows skilled workers to be nominated by an Australian employer under a labour agreement to live and work in Australia permanently.

With this visa, you can	Live, work, and study in Australia permanently. Register for activities in the public healthcare sector in Australia. Sponsor eligible family members to come to Australia. Apply for Australian citizenship if eligible.
This visa requires you to:	Be under 45 years of age. Currently work or will work for an employer who is a party to a labour agreement and has nominated you. Meet age and skills requirements as outlined in the Labour Agreement. Meet English language requirements as specified in the Labour Agreement.

Introduction	This visa allows skilled workers who hold a temporary work visa to be nominated by their employer for permanent residence in Australia

This visa requires you to:	Hold a Visa 457, a Visa 482, or a related Bridging Visa A, B, or C. Have worked for your employer for at least 2 years while holding a Visa 457 or Visa 482. Be nominated by an Australian employer, and the nomination must be approved within 6 months before lodging your application.
