Student Guardian Visa – Subclass 590
Introduction	This visa is for legal guardians, relatives, or parents who wish to accompany and care for international students under the age of 18 studying in Australia.

With this visa, guardians can	Travel in and out of Australia as many times as they wish while the visa is valid. Stay in Australia until the student’s visa expires or until the student turns 18. Study an English course for up to 3 months.
To be eligible for this visa, applicants must:	Have sufficient financial capacity to cover their own expenses and any dependents while in Australia. Be the parent, legal guardian, or relative of the student, and be at least 21 years old. Provide evidence of a legal relationship with the student. Take full responsibility for the student’s accommodation, welfare, and other necessary support.
